These terms cover using the Skuody TV app, phone app, browser play and website. The operator's legal name and governing law will be added after legal review.
Playing
Skuody is for playing party games with people you know. Be kind: names and anything you type can be seen on the big screen by everyone in the room. Hosts can remove players, and offensive names may be hidden.
Accounts
Signing in is optional. Keep your sign-in method safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Plus
Plus is a subscription sold through Google Play or the App Store, at the price shown in your store. One player with Plus unlocks Plus games and categories for everyone in the room while they are connected. Billing, renewals, refunds and cancellation follow your store's rules.
Games and content
Games and their content belong to Skuody or its partners. You may not copy, sell or modify them, or try to get around the app's security.
Changes and availability
We may change, add or remove games and features. We'll update these terms when that changes how you use Skuody, and say so in the app or on this site.
